I am going to run ICON node and keep it stable online. I also can introduce ICON project to several Russian crypto communities.
2. Motivation of the proposal (Why)
I am holding ICX since 2017 and believe that ICON will be widely used.
3. Execution plan of the proposal (How)
I have technical skills and dedicated server to run the node.
4. Expected timeline of the proposal (When)
I think that 1 month or even less will be enough.
